Exploring how we were taught to express, share, and regulate our emotions is a key piece of information that is not always obvious at first.

In a world of information overload, I try to slow things down to explore inner thoughts and sensations that don't always have the opportunity to express themselves.

I want you to feel like the expert in your life, and my job is to ask you the right questions to help you reflect on what your body is telling you, and identifying the different parts of you that are showing up with valuable information.

BILLING

Click on the + below to view rates for each option.

  • Please read the booking tab before scheduling a phone consultation.

This is an opportunity for us to chat and see if we would be a good fit in working together for counselling. During this time I will ask what brings you to where you are currently at for seeking a therapist, and then go over my general approach, and how I work with parts of the self and various emotions.

  • My current rates are $140 for all sessions (including GST tax), regardless if this is in-person or online, for individuals, families, or couples. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

  • FNHA clients are typically covered for 22 sessions up front, at a rate $90 per 50-minute session, with the option of requesting more sessions if needed.

Given that this is a reduced fee per service, there are a limited number of clients that I am able to take on at this rate. Please contact me first to see if I am able to accommodate this with my current client list.

I kindly ask that you look into any extended health coverage you may have through work, before accessing FNHA benefits.

Looking to see a specific approach?

Given that I do not believe that there is a one-size-fits-all approach to counselling and healing, I do not specialize in any one therapeutic modality or approach. I will always be learning and expanding my understanding as a psychotherapist, finding inspiration and skills that I bring forward as they become more studied and known in our field.

Similarly, I do not currently specialize in any “presenting concerns”, as I find that many mental health struggles overlap and become a complicated and beautiful web of intricacies that influence each other. To separate them from one another feels impossible at times. Anxiety, grief, depression, stress, disordered eating, trauma, and more can (and often do) all exist in the same space.

If you are curious if we would be a good fit in working together, I encourage you to reach out to book a phone consultation.
