Therapy for those wanting to understand and relate to themselves better.
Together we’ll gently explore how you learned to express, share, and regulate emotions — patterns that often shape how you relate to yourself and others early on in life.
In a calm, non-judgmental space, we’ll uncover what’s coming up for you and build new practical, compassionate ways to care for and show up for yourself.
I offer an open-minded and empathetic space, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and most importantly, fully accepted, with all your parts and emotions.
I look forward to hearing your story.
A daughter, a sister,
an auntie, a spouse &
a friend…
My educational background in Psychology and Biology, combined with my own cultural worldview and life experiences, has instilled in me a passion to help others feel capable and accepted.

A space where you can learn to sit with what is showing up for you. Together we will work to understand your current level of functioning, identify what is working and what is no longer serving you, and find new ways to cope moving forward.
-
The foundation of many healthy relationships involves communication, empathy, and understanding. During couples sessions, we will look at what unhelpful cycles or systems you are finding yourselves stuck in, and identify both the met and unmet needs of the relationship. You’ll practice new ways of working through difficulties together as a team, rather than fighting against one another.

When there is conflict within our family system it can feel heartbreaking and have major effects on each individual’s health and wellness. Finding harmony as a family ultimately comes down to finding effective ways to communicate and working to understand each other’s unique perspective, similar to any relationship based therapy. During family sessions, we create the safe space needed to build the skills that will allow you to express yourselves and truly hear one another, while also identifying each individual’s boundaries.
“To listen is to lean in, softly, with a willingness to be changed by what we hear.”
